No. Each active customer may link one Telegram account. Rebinding is handled through support when appropriate.
Alert delivery stops at expiry. A one-off plan does not renew, and you are never charged again without choosing a new period. A subscription renews at the end of each period, whether that is 30 days, 90 days or a year, until you cancel it from your account, and access then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
